   Open the download

   Find Openhouse.dmg in your Downloads folder, or click it in your browser's downloads list, and double-click it. A window opens.

   Drag it to Applications

   In that window, drag the Openhouse icon onto the Applications folder. Then you can close the window and eject the disk in Finder.

   Open it from Applications

   Open Openhouse from your Applications folder or Launchpad. Because you downloaded it from the internet, your Mac asks once whether you're sure. Click Open.

   "Openhouse" is an app downloaded from the internet. Are you sure you want to open it?

   Chrome downloaded this file today from openhouse.host.

   CancelOpen

If your Mac still won't open it, go to System Settings → Privacy & Security and click Open Anyway.
